I seem to only have energy right now for work, yoga, and OA. When I take the time to sit and think about what I should write on WIT I come up blank. So, to sum up:
- Work is good. Still busy with too much work to get done in 40 hours, but with inflexible deadlines. So I'm working overtime and happy with my efforts where a couple weeks ago I was struggling to put in an honest day's work.
- Yoga is challenging and unexpected. I'm trying to quit having expectations when I start a practice session. I'm getting stronger and more trusting of my body, but my knees are a bit sore.
- My program is okay. I haven't called my sponsor or done work on my fourth step for a while, but I go to my two regular meetings a week and try to keep my HP and the third step in mind. Only my program is allowing me to function at work and in yoga.
