My second yoga lesson was better than the first. Sarah had me do some of the same things as last time, like the ab work, but other things were new. I know I worked harder than the first time. I had a bit more confidence and felt a little more at ease with the "darth vadar" Ujjayi breathing. It is still difficult to control my breathing to go with the motions, especially when my head is upside-down.
I'm not as sore today as I was the day after the first lesson. I can really feel my lower back because we did a lot of work down there. I can tell that Forrest Yoga is going to be a really good thing for me. I feel taller today. My next session is Monday. I can't wait.
